Mrs. Long terrified me as a teenager. She always said what she meant. But I also grew to love and respect her after she helped my husband and I buy our first home back in 1988 - we would not have wound up with the house we did if it hadn't been for her. I am very sad to hear of her passing and send condolences to Kelley and Betsey.
