Not sure what to say?

The the Lux family: I was cycling down Aldine today and was surprised to see that your home and the parking lot next door were gone, so I did an internet search and came on this information. Please accept my belated condolences.I haven't seen Kathy for a few years but I'd often see her in the neighborhood in the time after she was kind enough to contribute photographs and stories for my book Irish Chicago. She was really a delightful, generous and funny woman and a proud Irish American. ...

I am grieved to have just found out of Kathy's passing. She was such an influential person at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel and I certainly would not be an active member of the parish if it was not for Kathy.

What a great woman she definately was. She will be missed by many

Our prayers and condolences are with the family. We will remember your mom with fondness for the kind and loving woman she was. May she rest in peace!

My condolences to Kathy's loved ones. She was a vibrant Pres. of Renaissance Club. And she was very sweet when I saw her last at senior housing.

I remember when she told me that she was mad at her husband for dying.

Be well and remember her smile and all your happy times together.

Shared time & stories as we prepared meals for the residents of Deborah's Place. Admired her for all her hard work, accomplishments & love of family & friends. Thoughts & prayers Maureen Lugg

I had the pleasure of meeting Kathy during the time that we spent studying together for our Master's Degrees at Roosevelt University. We became friends and Kathy invited me to her home often. She was as gracious as she was lovely and I enjoyed many happy hours and days with her. Now, in retrospect, I think she was the kindest and most selfless person I've ever met. I'm so grateful that I had that moment in time to meet this special person.

My condolences to Kathy's family and friends. Kathy was a lovely lady and so welcoming to us when we attend After Hours evenings in her home.

As a close friend of Kathy's sister Betty throughout grammar school and high school (and beyond) I remember the Connolly family fondly. I remember Kathy in particular as a friendly, happy presence. She accomplished much in her life. My sympathy to the entire family.
