Not sure what to say?

I knew Pat through Beta Sigma Phi. I always enjoyed speaking with her, hearing about her teaching painting and seeing her art. She was always very happy and funny, I would never of known all the tuff times she went through in her lifetime. Yet she was always positive, and enjoyable to be around. I was one of the youngest Beta girls but thought Pat was just the coolest person in the group. I will miss her and my prayers and thoughts will be with Pat and her family.

Dear Lori and family,

It was a privilege to spend time with your Mom. I was honored when you asked me to help her during this most difficult time. Your mother has been a blessing to me. The day she passed, she was most heavily laid upon my heart. Consequently, I prayed for her each time she came to my mind. I wish I could see her(here on earth)just one more time. She became a part of a regular routine within my life. I do miss her.

I met Pat, when I was Branch Head of Cedar Lake Library. She taught several classes in painting at my Branch. She brought her beloved grandson to my toddler story hours!. Although she had many sorrows,
she always reached out to others and was a blessing! I'm glad our lives touched ! Jeannine S. Furukawa

I met Pat through Beta Sigma Phi, she was a true sorority sister. She will be missed by all who knew her. May God bless her family with the peace that she is in His hands.

Pat & Don's wedding Invitation

1984 Dec, Pat & Don Mahns

Aunt Pat was a special individual who shared her love and concern, not only with her children, but with others. She always had a willing ear for others and a special gift with words. As you travel through the rough and smooth road of your mother's illness, know that she has found peace.
When a gentle breeze touches you, know that will be her giving you a gentle kiss. She will always be in your heart and memories throughout your life.
Your cousin,

Lori
I am truly sorry to hear about your loss. Just to let you know you are not alone. Your Mom was one of my favorite Aunt. She was always bubbly and had a good sense of humor. Even though she has had a rough life she always looked at things positive. I remember her having an unconditional love for people. She sure did love her children and nieces and nephews. She always put other first.
Just remember she will always be with you in your heart and all of your memories.
