Not sure what to say?

Megan and Bob,

I remember so well feeling happy and welcomed to the corner of Amsterdam and Rosewood when my friendly new neighbor - Pat - suggested we walk up to George's for a beer. Hard to believe that was 28 years ago. What a remarkable woman, generous neighbor, thoughtful friend. I will miss Pat very much, especially during football season. We had spirited exchanges about her Georgia Bulldogs and my Missouri Tigers. And though we went to different schools, there was that Theta...

I have fond memories of chatting with her on Anna's porch over the years as we lived next door. Pat never failed to ask about my daughter when I saw her in later years. She will be missd!

Mom,

You are my very best friend. The last two years have been the very best years of my life.
I love you.

I worked at Westminster as a carpenter for twenty years and I had the pleasure of helping Pat many times with so many different projects. She was my favorite teacher and the kids that came thru her class were lucky. We became friends and I so enjoyed coming by her room just to shoot the breeze. Her beautiful southern accent reminded me of my mother. I am so sorry for your loss and may God rest her soul.

I knew Pat for almost 50 years and we shared a lot of fun times. I'll miss reminiscing with her about the hysterical moments from our past involving the Gourmet Club, Devil's Dive, and many others. She was a brave woman and she fought her illness as long as she could. I'll remember her as she once was and I'll miss her, as we all will.
