My most heartfelt condolences to all of you. I am in heavyhearted disbelief. I worked with Pat at 580 S. High for over five years. She and I would talk in the mornings while getting coffee, and I have heard about all of you (including extended family).

Saying I enjoyed working with Pat for those years is an understatement. She was caring, very considerate, funny, and I loved how she would encourage others to adopt ways...

She would call us and start support tickets- she was one of our favorite clients! She was just the sweetest person and so incredibly nice.
