Not sure what to say?

Tom , Ann and Mary, I just saw this and I wanted to contact you all to let you know that your wife and mom was so good to me providing me with snacks , refreshments and conversation while I was delivering mail to you and your neighbors. YOU were one of my favorite stops because of the warmth and friendly laughs and talks we shared. My prayers for you and your family. Will

Such a wonderful and caring person. Our love and sympathy to the entire O'Rourke Family. Donna and Mark Gerardi

Our children were blessed to have such a wonderful role model and teacher. Our prayers are with her and her family. May the beautiful memories and knowing that you will all be together again help you through this time. The Lavorato Family

Mrs. O'Rourke was simply the best. Elegant, Kind and always fair,
she made a big impact on my children. She taught them English but more importantly she taught them life lessons that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives. Thank you.
Annie '09, John '11 and Brendan'13, Trinity Academy

There are not words to express who she was, or how much she meant to so many students that were graced with her as a teacher.

She will be sorely missed, but I feel honored to have had her as a teacher, and grateful of the impact she made on my life.

There are not words to express the person she was, or how much she meant to so many.

She will be sorely missed, but certainly not forgotten. I can only hope that we continue to have educators like her in the world.

Mrs. O'Rourke was truly a legend. Her kindness, wit and passion will live on in the many lives that she has touched.

Mrs. O'Rourke was a highly educated teacher that chose the vocation of Catholic Education - to the extraordinary blessing of all whom she taught. As the mother of two of her former students, I counted myself fortunate to know with full confidence that she not only taught them well, she loved them well. A rare treasure indeed. May she rest peacefully in the light of Christ until we meet again.

Our family will always be indebted to Mrs. O'Rourke for her unbound devotion to Trinity Academy and those she taught. She was a brilliant, inspirational teacher and mentor who brought out the best in her students, academically, socially and spiritually.

May her family receive God's peace and comfort in the wake of her passing- she was a true treasure to all who knew and loved her!
