Not sure what to say?

There are not enough words to express my love for Patti! We met through Fb and the shared love of sailing. Our friendship quickly became more like sisters. I miss her every day!

Our dear friends introduced us to Patti and Rosa Lee knowing we would anchor our boat at Wrightsville Beach. Patti and Rosa Lee welcomed our family of 5 for the day to do laundry and share a meal. We were all perfect strangers, but we felt like family. Everything about Patti exuded love and generosity. She gave of her herself and her treasures without hesitation. We had a perfect day. On our way north this past April, we weren't sure if we would be able to stop at Wrightsville Beach, but the...

I Hope You Dance

Patti was a dear friend through sailing connections. She was an anchor when I lost my sailboat in the Gulf Stream and was inundated with concerns -- which she gracefully (as always) helped to reply to. What a wonderful woman and friend. Her passing is a loss for the whole world. Rest in peace, dear Patti, Love you always!

We are among Patti's newer friends compared to others in her life. She knew our brother Tom from her days in Morocco and although he is gone now, she was able to get in touch with us through the magic of Facebook. Then she came to see us when we were vacationing in Atlantic Beach, NC. It was an instant connection and we kept in pretty close contact since then. She let us know we were welcome to stay with her when we returned to NC and we hoped she would visit us once we moved to Florida but...

The James Family from Cincinnati, knew Patti for 50 plus years. She will be remembered as a lovely, caring and giving friend. Phillip passed at such an early age, and Patti now will rest in peace with her son that she has dearly missed. What a POSITIVE outlook on life, this beautiful lady shared. We miss you and will never forget you, Patti.

I never met Patti in real life, but came to know her on FB through our Morocco page group. Sharing such a special experience of living in Morocco as kids is an instant bond. She exuded warmth and generosity of spirit. I always loved her posts. She shared her cancer journey with grace. Such a trooper! I miss her already. Rest In Peace and we will meet someday....

I met Patti in Morocco and we became good friends. She was fun, and one of my great memories from that time. I'll always remember her beautiful smile, and those great sparkling blue eyes! She'll be greatly missed!!

I knew Patti and her great Dad while serving in Morocco. She would drive the Sailors crazy when she showed up at the base Pool. Wow! I was very fortunate to visit her and her Mom and Dad a few years ago at their lovely home in NC. Pattie's Dad was the finest man I served under while in the Navy while her Mom, Rosa Lee, a pure gem of a Wife, Mom and Friend! Dear Patti, you WILL Rest in Peace!
