Not sure what to say?

I met Trisha through shari.ng Roots on the Rails trips across North America and also at annual Cowboy Poetry Gatherings in Elko, Nevada. That is where this photograph was taken. A stylish lady in her Western attire, I was privileged to have known her.

She certainly will not be forgotten. Both she, and husband Vince will remain my friends.

Trisha, it's hard to believe ten years have passes since you left us. You made a huge impact on all, like me, who met you through travelling on Roots on the Rails trips across Canada and the United States and attending Cowboy Poetry Festivals in Elko, Nevada. My life was enriched beyond measure for having met and shared so many adventures. Nothing I say can thank you enough for what you brought into my life and those memories will stay with me for ever.

She had no knee caps and a scar that ran through her eyebrows. Years ago, she learned how to walk again then dance. He spun her around the tiny floor of the mobile home on top of the mountain. The friends, the horses, the music, the rides, the wine. Today, the redwoods sough in the sinuous silence. High above the...

Pedroia family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you. Be assured Vince met Trish with open arms when she stepped off the train for their first dance at heavens gate. I met Vince when we started scanning his clients pets and met Trish shortly after. They were soulmates thru thick and thin and thin. Keep their memories close to your hearts.

This world and I will be missing an amazing human being. So glad to have shared a part of Trisha's life.

I was stopped in my tracks
When I heard you were gone
I always thought,
"There'll be another smile"
"There'll be another song"

And I suppose there will be
But everything is changed
For without you in our world
Nothing is the same.

See you on the heavenly train,

Even though we were both married into the Pedroia family I didn't know Trish as well as I could have but I knew that she was loved and respected in her community and that she and Vince had a mutual love and respect for each other. She took Vince's death and continued to pursue the things that were important to both of them and I personally feel you honor your loved ones by living well. To the Pedroia family I am sorry for the loss of another loved one, I know you are still dealing with the...

Trisha, a fellow live music enthusiast, a "can do" person, an absolute delight to be around, always so positive, happy and helpful. I miss you, TrishaJo.
