Pat was a dear friend to my husband, Floyd Hall, and me! I met Pat when we worked at the Dallas Area Agency on Aging and we became fast friends. Through the years we often had fun lunch dates with two or three other friends, most often at Abri Salum's wonderful restaurant. Pat was always dressed to the nines in lovely colors and with her wonderful brooches. She was such a great advocate for all humans with particular emphasis on children and her beloved seniors. Pat and I met when I was the contract manager at the Dallas Area Agency on Aging. We became fast friends and later my husband Floyd Hall joined the friendship. Over the years we worked together with the Texas Adult Protective Services Advisory Committee and OWL (Older Women's League). Dear Rick, Bev and the family, I knew Pat was a firecracker the first time I met her during the wedding of Michael and Shana. I only heard wonderful things about her and regret not knowing her well. It was a blessing that Jacob and Izzy got to see her a month ago. From what I have read, she was a real force in helping people in her own community and elsewhere.
