Patricia passed away in April 2016. Patricia was a resident of Rutland, Vermont. There will be a celebration of life gathering at United Methodist Church at 71 Williams St. in Rutland at 11 a.m. Saturday April 9 2016. The pastor Hannah K. Rogers will officiate.
