Not sure what to say?

When I met Gail, I was a "greenhorn" in the Title business. I was beginning my first job while still in high school. I, too, was one of her "kids". The last time I spoke to Gail, although she was ill, she sounded strong and lively. I sang her a song entitled "Still I Rise", which spoke of endurance in the midst of struggle. I will miss my sweet friend, and will guard the fond memories I have of her. I once told her there was a place in my heart with her name on it. She began to cry, and...

What fun we have had together. We work together a few years but we had memories that will last my lifetime. Our trips to LV, movies, food, and she even took me to her beloved New Orleans to show me where she came from, meet her beloved Dad and sweet June. Thank you for including me in your world of many friends. You filled in your blank very well.

Gail,
Sorry we can't be there today, but the grils are on spring break and we are out of town. Dale, please know our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I never sat out front at the Title company. Instead, I always waited in Gail's office. No matter how busy she was (Gail, I know that you were always busier than everybody else), she always put aside what she was doing, held her calls, and then we'd talk. Gail loved my children, she loved Sherry, and she loved me. Gail, I'm missing you already -- GO, SAINTS!

Gail was always very thoughtful and her laughter could light up any room. She was a great asset to our company and we will all miss her dearly.

Gail was my office mom. She'd give me advice and she'd get on my case about stuff too… just like a mother. We'd share laughs, complaints and every once in a while, even some of the office gossip. Oh! I mean the office “information updates.” There were, of course, those times when we'd get on each others nerves (again, like a mother/daughter relationship). She had more love in her heart than I think most people knew. She will be missed.

Patricia Podlogar, who was known to me as Gail Eskew, was a dear friend of mine who I worked with for many years. I will always cherish our friendship and someday I hope to get together with her on the other side of eternity where there will be no more suffering , no more pain, no more tears. Gail was a hard worker and she gave it her all. Even though work got stressful, she managed to find something to laugh about. May the Lord Jesus Christ give you all His grace, peace and comfort...

Gail, I am so sorry that I could not be with you, but living here in La sort of put a kink in plans.I will never forget you. Dot

Gail will truly be missed. I am blessed to have had her in my life. She was a wonderful support for me when I needed one. I know that Rae will also miss her.
