To the Lowe and Proctor Families: God does not always give us what we request for He knows the whole story and can see the big picture; therefore, we have to accept what God allows. I realize that there are no words right now; but God will keep you in His care and hold you in the hollow of His hands. I did not know your loved one; but my Pastor, the Rev. Arthur Kelley, speaks highly of her. May you find comfort in knowing that Patricia is resting in the arms of the Lord.

My prayers go out to the Proctor/Lowe Family. I am certain that Mrs. Proctor's love and affection will spread throughout this community, and I know that the family will keep her legacy alive and make her very proud. I have always thought of Mrs. Proctor fondly, as in knowing her son, Jazz, it was evident that she was a loving, dedicated, and caring mother. Trust God during this time and know that your amazing mother/wife is in a much better place.

May God send the comfort that he promised in the Gospel of John.
