Not sure what to say?

Pat and I would always be out on some type of adventure, whether we went to DiAngelo's after bowling on Tuesday nights or going out to the Winner's Circle in Grantville. She was always there for me and we had great talks with one another. She greeted me and my family with open arms and told me of her sadness when her dad died. For me, it was a great shock, but for her and now that she was the only one left in her home in Union Deposit, there just seemed like such a large emptiness. But,...

I apologize for the lateness of this note of condolescence but did not hear of Pat's passing until most recently. Patty and I worked together at the Auditor General but more than that she was my friend and a member of my wedding party. She introduced me to my husband. She and I had great times together. We worked Ladies Auxiliary bingo at Linglestown and we were on the same bowling team together. She would do anything for you. I know you share a great sadness amongst all of the family and...

I think of my friend, Pat, & miss her everyday. Sometimes the phone rings & I think it must be her. I will never forget my good friend . We had many heartfelt talks as well as many, many laughs. Know that I continue to keep the family in my thoughts & prayers.

Dear Rode Family, I just heard about Pat's passing. I am very sorry. I went to school with Pat and saw her at Hummelstown at the Bingo games. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

Dear Rode Family,
How very shocked and sorry I was to learn that Pat passed away. Although we did not see each other often, when I did see her - she always made me laugh and cheered me when I was feeling low. I think she took after Buck in that way. I remember when your Dad was a chaperone on the South Hanover Elementary School trip to Williamsburg, VA - he had all of us chaperones laughing the entire trip. I think your Mom was his opposite - a lovely quiet woman. What a great family! ...

Dear Rode's Family:

I worked with Pat in the AG's Office. I was very shocked to hear of her passing. May she rest in peace in God's care.

Dear Rode family, Pat will be missed so much. I never remember a baseball game that Pat wasn't in the stands. She was the best kind of Aunt and you were very lucky to have had her to spoil you! Thinking of you all during this difficult time.

Dear Rode family,

I am saddened to hear of Pat's passing. She was a friend of my sister, Mim. Pat was a very kind and wonderful friend to my sister. She will be greatly missed by all of her breakfast group friends, and all who have known her. God bless all of you at this sad time.

Toby, Scott, and Family So sorry to hear about Pat. I remember her when I use to deliver supplies to her office. She was always so pleasant to be around, just like you guys. May God Bless at this time of sorrow.
