When I started my career with IDS Financial Services she was one of a group of veteran advisors that one could ask anything, and she would help in an any way she could. She always had a smile and great insights into the business. I'm sorry to hear that we lost a wonderful, talented and compassionate professional. My heart goes out to Michael and Laura. I'm travelling now and won't be back in time for the visitation and service but want the family to know she will be missed.

I just saw Pat Roy a few days ago. I'm totally blown away at her passing. She and I were very connected in Circle Theatre. As my financial advisor, I alway told her she could never pass away before I did. Now what do I do?! Rest in peace Pat. Barbara Wepman

It was my pleasure to work with Pat and her son Michael for many years at Ameriprise Financial. She was always quick to help you in any way she could, she was unfailingly polite along with being a fascinating conversationalist. We had wonderful discussions about New Orleans, finance, and her extensive theatre work. She was just one of those unusual people who could add a lot to your life. I will miss her.
