Patricia Rose Rusher

DECATUR - Patricia Rose Rusher, 78, of Decatur, IL passed away on Friday (Oct. 21, 2011) at Decatur Memorial Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday (Nov. 12, 2011) at Bethlehem Presbyterian Church. Dawson & Wikoff West Wood Street Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be directed to Bethlehem Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Rusher was born on June 15, 1933 in Macon, MO, the adopted daughter of James and Blanche Quigley. Patricia worked at Wilcox Electric in Kansas City, MO for twenty-six years. She was a member of Bethlehem Presbyterian Church. Patricia married Otis Leon Rusher on August 12, 1959. He preceded her in death on August 31, 2011. Surviving is her son: James Sample and his wife Nerrisa of Decatur, IL; sister: Shirley Nolan of Ozark, MO; grandchildren: Dodie Sumner, Esther Carlos, Danny Sample and David Sample; seven great grandchildren; niece: Sheridan Treaster of Hannibal, MO.
