Not sure what to say?

On your anniversary, I remember the wonderful and fun stories you told about your family and that you were always concerned about everyone else's well-being. You were a wonderful friend and co-worker.

Dear David and Family, I just learned today that your mom passed away. It was truly by accident. Talk about a small world. I was talking to my late sister (who died 11/11/21) Michele's co-worker who said she met you recently somewhere and you mentioned Danforth Ave. She asked if you knew Michele Meluso, and you said you knew a Miss Meluso who was your teacher at Our Lady of Mercy. I'm your teacher. I was shocked to learn of your mom's passing. I would see her at mass and various events...

Dearest David, Debbie, Bobby, Ricky and families.
I am heartbroken to hear if Patty’s passing. I have so many beautiful memories of the Tedino family growing up being Debbie’s friend, especially on the Blvd. and then Winfield Ave. I was blessed to be loved by “Dotsy and Tiny,” and to share in many family celebrations, including being Debbie’s maid of honor; visiting with Patty and Neil when David was born, and many so many others.

I am so happy I was able to see and speak...

To the Scanlon Family, I recently heard of Patty's departure. She meant so much to many. I loved hearing about stories of her family and work at the church. She was a kind and loving woman.. Who made everyone feel special. May fond memories of her provide you with comfort. Prayers to David, family and all her loved ones.

Pat, was a great person, neighbor and friend. I had the pleasure of being her neighbor for over 35 years. Pat, loved her family and enjoyed making them happy. She truly enjoyed her role in Our Lady of Mercy Church and her love for so many there was undeniable. I remember when she became a grandmother she was so over the moon and in love with her Chad than came Jack and her love doubled. she was a very proud and very giving person and I for one will miss her terribly. Prayers for the family...

Patricia was a devout Catholic and avid Churchgoer. She would attend Chrism masses and ordinations at the Basilica every year without fail. Even when her health was failing, she would tell me to continue assigning her to serve as Eucharistic Minister at the 5pm mass! She attended my son’s diaconate and presbyter ordinations, including his first masses. Her fellow Ministers loved her dearly. She was so friendly and always had a big smile on her face. I will miss her very very much. ...

Dave, your mom was a truly remarkable woman. She had lasting impact on the OLM community and anyone who met her.
Her greatest legacy is the son she raised who became a man to be proud of and friend you can count on.
Stay strong and remember the good times you shared.
We will hold all of you in our prayers.

Patricia was a terrific friend and co-worker. May God bless all of her love ones

My heart is hurting today, as is all of yours. Patty Lynn was very special to me, too. As she was not only my cousin she was also my god mother. Patty Lynn always made me feel special. We will need to get together soon and share our memories. Prayers to David and his family, Bobby, Ricky and Debbie and their families.
