Patricia passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2017. Patricia was a resident of Bridgewater, Massachusetts at the time of her passing. She was attended St. Patrick?s School. She was married to George. All are cordially invited to the Prophett-Chapman Cole Gleason Funeral Home 98 Bedford St. Bridgewater on Sat. April 1st at 9:00am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Thomas Aquinas Church 103 Center St. Bridgewater at 10:00 am . Interment St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery and visitation will be on Fri. from 5-8pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association473 S St W 13 Raynham MA 02767.
