Patricia (Pat) Ann Slattery, 74, died November 19, 2018 in Hospice Care in Oklahoma City from complications of Alzheimer's disease. Pat had a long 6 year battle with the disease. She entered a Memory Care facility in August where she lived until her death. She is survived by her beloved daughter...
