Not sure what to say?

I was so sad to hear about the passing of Ms. Spradley. I had her in primetime and math in 6th grade. Everyday I would go into that room see all the kids and talk and such. The bell rang and.. oh gosh now its time for math, but the truth is as I went on to 7th and 8th grade math, and now 9th grade algebra I looked back and realized that she was one of the friendliest and best teachers I have ever had and i should have wanted that class to never be over. I continued to say hello to her in 7th...

"Patricia Ann Spradley", the finest teacher I have ever known. Many knew and loved her and knew of her dedicated heart, but few knew just how dedicated she was. Two-forty was knock off time at school every day, but you wouldn't find Pat getting into her car right away. In fact, it'd be quite a while before she left campus. What would she be doing all that time? Going the extra mile! Helping “someone” (the boss, a child, a colleague, a parent, or a friend)! Pat was self-“less”. She always put...

Diane,
I am so sorry that I was unable to attend the funeral or viewing for Pat. Of all the family I have made here at Broadmoor, she will always be my most cherished friend. She and I spent many afternoons sitting talking about any and everything and many times she was my voice of reason when I needed one. I loved her dearly and will miss here so much. I have never heard anyone have an unkind word about her. She was truely a remarkable lady.

Dear Dianne, Anthony, Joyce, and Lillie:

I would like to extend my sincerest condolences to you all. Through Pat's countless acts of love and kindness, she has made an indelible impression in the hearts and minds of too many to name. She will not be forgotten. I, for one, already miss the sound of her voice when I call the house. I miss her warmth and quiet assurance. I miss our easy conversations. I miss her thoughtful insights, lively retorts, and current events updates. I miss...

Patricia Spradley, was my aunt, but more like a second mother to me. Not having any children of her own, she treated her nieces and nephews as if we were her children. We never had to want for anything. Aunt Pat was always there and always willing to help us out with whatever we needed. If we were hungry, she cooked. If we needed money she lent it. If we were having trouble in school, she tutored. If we were being bad, she chastised. She was like the backbone of the family. But she not only...

mS.sPRADKEY WAS MY SIXTH GRADE TEACHER AND I LOVED HER VERY MUCH

Diane and Family,
My prayers are with you all. Pat was my dear friend. We attended school together from the 1st through 12th grades and I was blessed to be at her home going service. Grief is a process. It takes time, but God will always comfort. She was truly loved.

Pat Spradley was one of the nicest ladies I met at Broadmoor Middle school. She always had a kind word, but even better, two kind ears. She would patienly listen to anyone; complaints, stories form home or unburdening a woe, she was there. Pat and her kindness will be missed.
