Hello to the Swift family! My name is April Rich and I am the daughter of Phyllis Pemberton Tate née Andrews. She was your Mother´s dear friend from school. I had the pleasure of meeting your mom a few times not too many years ago. They really meant a lot to each other and I am sorry I couldn´t maintain their relationship after Mom´s stroke. Mom and I moved back to Cincinnati a few years later. She passed on 01/02/2020 peacefully after a fall on Christmas day. I am very sorry that I missed...
