Dear Judi and Family,

It is with much sadness I read about your mother's passing. I tried to reach her before she left Portland, but my letters were returned. I didn't get a chance to read your response to my mother's obituary for quite a while because I was so distraught over my mother's sudden passing. I am heartbroken I didn't get a chance to talk to your mother at the time.

We have so many memories from our past with the Hood River families that were friends. Mom and Dad considered your Mom and Dad among their good friends and Mom said today she wished she could have those days back.

Dearest Judi, Doug, Dianne and Gary; I am saddened by the death of your mother but so happy to know that our Moms are together again. Their friendship spanned many decades and showed us the importance of friendship.

I had the pleasure of having with us at the arbors..she was such a pleasure and had such a good sense of humor! it so sad to have a light dim to quickly..she will be missed by all of us, please accept our condolences , cherish the good memories and she will be forever in your hearts.

I worked with Pat at Fairview , I was a cook. She would always have time for you and good advice if you needed it. I also went to Marshall High School when Bill was their ,class of 64' It was a pleasure knowing your parents. I know she will be missed.

Pat was our school secretary at Fairview Elementary. She was a kind, gentle, caring person. I have many fond memories of working with her. I'm so sorry for your loss.
