I started working at Pfeiffer's Drive Inn 7 days after my 16th Birthday. Pat Tawil was a huge influence in my early career in the Hospitality Industry. I graduated from Paul Smith's College and Cornell and am approaching 54 years in Food Service. She will be missed !

I meant Pat at her daughter's (Cheryle's) home on a Christmas Eve. From then on I had the pleasure of being at the Christmas Eve dinners with her. A very lovely, lively lady.

To children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, I am writing this because I am unable to attend the services. I am in Arizona. I want all of you to know that I had great respect for Pat. I've known her for fifty plus years. She was a good mother, hard worker and smart business woman. Most of all she would tell you like it is, no BS. I will miss her and never forget her.
