Although I didn't know Mrs. Wessels very well during her time at the NHLBI, I was always impressed by the bright smile she always had on her face. My thoughts and prayers go out to your family during this time of sorrow.

I'm so very sorry, Gus. I hope that it will be sooner than later that you can turn what memories pain you now into giving you joy later. Marilyn and I will miss her, too even if we didnn't see her as often as we would have liked.
