Not sure what to say?

"Patsy"", as we knew her in high school, was the friendliest and one of the most kind and thoughtful individuals I have ever met. She had a way of knowing just what to say and what to do to be helpful to a friend. If you ever met her, you would NEVER forget her. Her smile lingers in all our hearts and to honor her memory we can share that smile from the heart with others.

Pat, Your many kindnesses, compassion, warmth, authenticity...you enriched everything you touched with your gifts. You showed me that power needn't be heavy-handed to be effective. Your graciousness and generous spirit remain with so many who knew you. I am grateful to count myself among them. Peace.

The thing I remember most about Senator Pat Wiggins was her smile...it could light up a room. She was a brave soul with a golden heart. As one of her Capitol staff, she taught me valuable life lessons about courage and kindness. May she rest in peace.

Pat's radiant smile will always be with me, and her accomplishments will serve us all into the future.

Pat was a great listener, passionate advocate, dedicated legistator- and a caring friend. We will miss her - a lot.

Pat represented the best in us. She was always ready with humor and warmth, always honest in her dealings and always made sure the right things were done.
I will always be grateful to Pat for mentoring me in civic life.
You also made a wise decision in marrying Guy, your muse, your helper and your best friend
Love, Anne

Pat walked her talk and was a conscientious public servant. We need more like her. She will be missed and always loved!

A celebration of Pat's life will be held at the Friedman Center in Santa Rosa at 1:00 Sunday, November 3. Contributions in lieu of flowers can be made to the Sonoma Land Trust (http://www.sonomalandtrust.org/), or to the Pat Wiggins Fund at Conservation Action Fund for Education (http://www.cafefund.org/).

I remember that twinkle in her eyes and that infectious smile. Pat was always there for me and I appreciate how she cared for my former staff members when I left the legislature.
She was a believer of strong women leaders and provided us support whenever possible. Pat was a friend.
