Patricia Deanne Wooten, age 67, of Lumberton, NC passed away on Monday, September 15, 2025 at UNC Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton.
Patti was born in Savannah, GA on October 16, 1957 to Omer Elbert Wooten and Gradie Merle Graham Wooten. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Jason Wooten.
Patti will be remembered for her love of mountains and looked forward to every trip there. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved watching daytime soap operas, especially, “General Hospital.” Patti was a great cook, but she also enjoyed eating out at Ferguson’s in Saint Pauls, NC. She spent many hours in her garden and caring for her flowers.
Patti is survived by her son, Casie Norton and wife Erica Chase of Garner, NC, brothers; Roy Ely and wife Debra of Rincon, Ga, Joe Lacy Wooten and wife Jennifer of Laurinburg, NC.
A Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm on Monday, September 22, 2025 and a service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, September 22, 2025 at Floyd Mortuary and Crematory, 809 E. 5th Street, Lumberton, NC 28358.
