I remember Mr Bowler fondly as one of my favorite teachers. He was just a really nice man.

I worked with Pat on the third floor of the Springfield Public School´s "fish bowl." He was a good friend to all, polite, and always pleasant. Sorry for your loss, Jamie Stein-Muzio

I´m so sad to hear this news. It sounds like he had a wonderful life. Mr. Bowler was one of my favorite teachers when I was a student at Kiley Junior High in the late 1960s. He was tough but fair. I still remember one of his most "feared" phrases. "I feel a quizzie coming on". To which the class would groan. RIP Mr. Bowler.
