Patrick Joseph Butler Jr.

I realized leaving volunteer work at JPAWS, that I hadnt heard from Rick since before my birthday. I called both his phones and found out they were both disconnected. I knew he was sick, but I in my mind I just thought he was undergoing treatment and was going to get better. I found out the hard way today he passed. I literally cried from Harvey to Metairie. I feel like a terrible friend. I dont know how time got away from me like that. Im the one that calls and checks on my friends......

God bless you Rick. You went out as proud as you came in. You were always an inspiration.

Sending heartfelt condolences to Ms. Butler and to entire family. My St. Dominic days with Rick were memorable, and he will always be in my heard as one if the kindest classmates. Praying for Rick, Ms. Butler, and family.
