Case, Patrick R. age 50 of Greenfield, died on April 14, 2006, surrounded by his loving wife, Suzanne and their children, Erin, Matt, Kellie & Kyle. Survived by sisters, Christine (Ken) Anderson & Jeanette (Kevin) Mulloy and brothers, Mike (Lisa), Kevin (Stephanie), Larry (Karen) and Jim Case. He was preceded in death by his father, Conrad and his mother, Genevieve and his infant sister, Rita. Pat was born October 24, 1955. He graduated from Washburn High School in 1973 and became an apprentice in the Carpenters Union, Local 1644. He worked in residential and commercial construction and was employed by Xcel Energy. Pat took great pride in his craft and managed to build two homes and a cabin, while working full time to support his family. Pat and Suzanne were married on July 31, 1982 and raised four beautiful, devoted children who shared Pat's love for sports and the outdoors. He coached baseball and hockey for many years and enjoyed fishing, motorcycling, skiing and traveling with his family. Pat's passion for pheasant hunting took him to the Dakotas for many years with his beloved dogs, Molly, Casey, Cody, Jessie, Lacey and Rosey. He also enjoyed deer hunting near his cabin. As a proud father, Pat took great pleasure in watching his children participate in their sports and dance. Touching all those who he met with his friendly personality and great sense of humor, Pat had a line for everyone. We will miss that wink, that smile, his laugh and as Pat would say, "It is what it is, but remember who loves you, you goofballs." Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Weds. at The Church of St Joseph the Worker, 7180 Hemlock Ln., Maple Grove. Visitation Tuesday 4-8 PM at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 3700 Vicksburg Lane N. Not sure what to say?

I just heard about Pat. Pat was a great guy, we knew each other from high school. Pat was always up, full of energy and ready to go. We became distant like high school chums do but I know he'll be missed by everyone he touched. God Bless to his family.

The Case Family,
I'm so sorry about your loss. My thoughts and prayers will always be with all of you.

My most sincere condolences to the Case family. Pat was a great man and a master of his skills and trade and someone you’ll never forget. Our familes were friends and he was well thought of in our family as are all of the Cases. I know he will be sorely missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Take Care,

Sue, Erin, Matt, Kellie and Kyle,

Although Nancy had already signed the book once, I feel compelled to make my own entry.

I grew to know Pat mostly through our coaching hockey together, and I now regret not getting to know him more away from the rink. Pat was a great person and touched many lives, not the least of which was mine. Although many of them never said it in so many words, all of the kids that he came in contact with are better people for it.

You...

Dear Case family,

I am deeply sorry to hear of your loss. My memories of our old neighborhood define Pat as a leader, a hard worker, a sociable and talkative person, and greatest of all, a caring and loving person. He was leader when he coached my little league baseball team, he was a hard worker when it came to providing for his family, and he was sociable and talkative, especially when the kids walked up the 50th Ave. hill after school and were frequently hit by his greetings and...

To the Cases:
I am very sorry to hear of this tragedy. Pat always had a smile and wave in the neighborhood. I enjoyed each day coaching with him and his wonderful sense of humor. He worked hard for and loved his family, including the dogs. He will be impossible to replace for all the people he came to know, especially his great family. God Bless

Sue, Erin, Matt, Kellie and Kyle,
Our hearts are heavy at the loss of Pat but we feel very blessed that this past year we were connected in a unique way with Matt's hockey and my family in Green Bay. Sue, we've been friends a long time now and I know that the Green Bay connection was meant to be. I'll always remember our "Gambler" weekend and when my family met you, Pat, Matt and your sister Leslie. We even got to celebrate Pat's 50th birthday with him! Pat was a wonderful person and we...
