Patrick J. Clarke, 71, of Fort Pierce, Florida, formerly of Garnerville, New York, a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War, a telephone installer for 32 years at Nynex in New York before his retirement, passed away at Life Care of Port St. Lucie. Calling hours are scheduled for Sunday, August 12, 2001, 7-9 p.m., at T.J. McGowan Sons Funeral Home, 71 North Central Highway, Garnerville. Further visitation is scheduled for Monday, August 13, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., at the funeral home. Memorial services are scheduled for Tuesday, August 14, 10:15 a.m., at St. Gregory Barbarigo Church. Mr. Clarke was my first Little League coach back in 1965. (Haverstraw Dodgers)I remember him as a great family man with a terrific sense of humor. My condolences to his family.
