Not sure what to say?

Pat- you continue to be missed by many. Larry and Kay Wagner

Mike/Denny/Jim .... it is with a sad feeling that I write this note to you. I just saw that Pat had passed while reading the Iowa Alumni Magazine. Denny .... you were the first person I met in 1972 (summer orientation) and we became friends. It is because of you and your brothers that I joined the Phi Psi house. I hope that you went on to have a great life and career! Mike/Jim ... so sorry for your loss and the loss of a fellow dentist. Guys .... please accept my heartfelt condolences...

Just herd he passed away. I had no idea he was ill. Wonderfully friendly guy. Breaks my heart. He will be missed by many.

I was a patient of Dr. Colbert from 1991 until his recent retirement. Always a kind friendly gentleman. He will be missed by many.

A truly wonderful human being. Pat was an artist. I should know. He was my dentist for 20 years. I hated going to the dentist, but I enjoyed seeing, talking to, laughing and sharing stories with Pat. His love of this world and life made me feel better than anyone ever should when going to the dentist. It is of-course more than that. His kindness and decency impressed me so. Pat came from God's rarely used "genuinely good guy" mold, and he strove to fulfill the promise of that title every day of his life. Rest In Peace, Patrick, and know that you answered God's plan for you well. Your efforts did not go unnoticed.

Pat was a dear person loved by everyone who knew him. I will never forget his laugh nor his bright, smiling face leading the Oriental band. i share your sorrow. Most sincerely, Marilyn

Rest in peace Pat! And love and sympathy to you Denise. We enjoyed meeting and socializing with the two of you during the time we were at Lewis & Clark Lake. Our thoughts are with his survivors. He was a wonderful man and supporter of many causes including the Shriners.

Celebrating a life well lived. We will cherish the memories forever.
