Patrick Edward Comiskey

We are just learning of Pat's untimely passing from our daughter Lesli. The Comiskey family lived just two doors down from us on Sierra Street when Pat was preschool age. We loved all the Comiskeys and I can still remember Pat, Lesli and Michael Claudson having a grand time searching for polliwogs down on Saint St. Those were good times. Patrick was a special star and not simply because he was such a pleasure to deal with at Macy's. He was what Retailers hope their employees exemplify as the differentiator as to why Customers come back. He was bright, engaging and had a wonderful sense of humour. Patrick knew if there was a sale to be had, he made sure we took full advantage of all our coupons as he knew that...

Today we were saddened to learn of the sudden passing of Patrick. We frequently travel down from Pitt Meadows B.C. to shop at Macys and always make sure to stop in and say hello as he had become our favorite sales associate at Macys. He was always so helpful amd gave us many great tips on where and what to see in Bellingham. His passing has truly touched our hearts and we will think of him fondly always.
