Schrader Funeral Home and Crematory - Ballwin Obituary

Courtney, Patrick, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022, at the age of 58.

Beloved Husband of Lori (nee Pemberton); Father of Megan Courtney and Ryan Courtney; Son of the late Gilbert and Elizabeth Courtney; Brother of Gilbert, Mark, Matthew, and Timothy (Kimberly) Courtney and the late Kathryn; Dear Son-In-Law, Brother-In-Law, Nephew, Uncle, Cousin, and Friend to many.

Patrick was a hard-working, loving father of two children and was very family-oriented. He married his high school sweetheart, Lori, and they went on to have two children, Megan and Ryan, who were his pride and joy, and the subject of almost every conversation he had. Family was his number one priority, and he always went above and beyond, sometimes even out of his way, to help them in times of need. Patrick had a heart of gold and made friends everywhere he went. There was not one person that was a stranger to him. In his free time, he enjoyed watching shows such as MASH, The Andy Griffith Show, and Gomer Pyle. He was an avid fan of the St. Louis Blues and St. Louis Cardinals, never missing the games when they were on television. Patrick spoke frequently about Branson, MO, and the family took many trips there over the years. The last trip they took together as a family was to Orlando, FL to Walt Disney World, and it will be forever cherished.
