My Dearest Uncle Pat. I kept trying to call you on the morning you passed away. I was devastated to hear you were gone. Being my mom's (Marilyns) little brother we got to know you all our lives.you were always laughing or had us laughing so hard when you were around, then throw in Aunt Barbara and Uncle Bob and you guys would laugh all night. Mom loved you and was protective of you which filtered down to us neices and needs. It was mom's birthday in heaven when I tried to call and...

So many wonderful memories fill my heart with smiles, as I remember the friendship Mike and I shared with Pat and Betty. Whether it was planting trees, looking for drift wood or fishing, we always had a ton of laughs. I´ll never forget that laugh Pat had! RIP dear friend and give Betty a hug for me! Thank you for the wonderful memories

Uncle Pat was always everyone´s favorite uncle. Always teasing and laughing, God I´m going to miss that hearty laugh. We spoke by phone quite often and the recent years he endured his share of medical issues, but he was always upbeat. I´m sure he is laughing that hearty laugh right now with my mom and his other siblings that preceded him. Rest in peace Uncle Pat. Love Jim, Lucy, Evan, Megan and Ethan.

Pat hired me in june 1977 on the Norfolk construction crew,N.P.P.D. At first we did"nt see eye to eye. I am lucky he did not can me.Over the years we got to be the best of friends. I will miss him and our visits. God Bless him. Jim Knothe {wimpy}
