I will forever have fond memories of Uncle Pat. I was just in Ireland last week and drove the "ring of Kerry" thinking of him. I ate blood pudding- and told my daughter, Kristen, that I just realized what Uncle Pat was talking about all those years ago "blood pudding" ! What a wonderful man to remember-always.
