Not sure what to say?

I am sorry to hear that Mr. Patrick Connery Ellis, a beloved husband and father and uncle, has fallen asleep in death. Though he has passed away, he will remain alive in your hearts and mind.

Jesus Christ “the Chief Agent of Life” personally understands what it is like to feel grief, “he is able to come to the aid of those who are being put to the test.” Therefore, you can be confident that Christ continues to be moved by the anguish of others, to understand their grief, and to...

MR. ELLIS' SHOW BROUGHT JOY TO MY HEART EVERY SUNDAY MORNING FOR MANY MANY YEARS. MR. ELLIS WILL BE SORELY MISSSED.

GOD BLESS THE ELLIS FAMILY...

May God bless you and your family wrap his loving arms around you all. Rest in Heaven!

I took the news shockingly-as if you were my uncle. The Sunday prior to your passing, I noticed your voice wasnt on & I thought nothing of it. You have been that radio uncle on Sundays, Thanksgiving drives for over 40 years for me. Rest easy Mr. Ellis-Gospel Sundays will live on-your voice will not fade.

I truly miss you. I was just about to send you a list of my August people to announce on the first Sunday in August. To hear that you transitioned was a hurting thing. Angela, you have my deepest sympathy and if I can do anything just let me know. I also didn't know y'all had moved to Churchland, Md. Please contact me soon in Raleigh, NC. Love you much. Julia Friday Spivey ❤❤❤

Oswald Chambers, an 1800's Scottish preacher said, "It is not what a man does that is of final importance, but what he is in what he does." When I think of Mr. Ellis, I think of all he was in what he did, for he was kind, compassionate, and dedicated beyond measure. Even though he had never met many of us who listened and communicated with him on Sunday mornings, he related to us as if we were his friends. Every request I sent to him on behalf of my church family, Word For Life Church...

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
