QUEENSBURY --- Patrick James Fogarty, 57, of Clark St., passed into the arms of the Lord on Monday, Nov. 21, 2016 after a short illness.


Born June 7, 1959 in Potsdam, N.Y., he was the son of the late James H. and Shirley K. (Ashley) Fogarty.


Patrick graduated from Glens Falls High School and owned and operated Ultra-Data.


Playing golf and bowling were some of Patrick’s favorite activities. He was a passionate Miami Dolphins fan and loved the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. He truly enjoyed watching any ball game with his friends.


Patrick was a member of the B.P.O.E. Lodge No. 81.


Patrick was predeceased by his parents and grandparents.


Those left to cherish his memory are his beloved pet and faithful friend, Wilson; a sister, Kathy (Tony) Shevlin; Aunt Susie (Don), and Aunt Joan; Uncle Dick (Alice), Uncle Ken (Tammy), and Uncle Jack (Pam); also niece Katie Shevlin; nephews, Dan and Tom Shevlin; several cousins; and his extended family, Wayne and Kathy Fisher.


Calling hours will take place Saturday, Nov. 26, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home, 11 Lafayette St., Queensbury, NY 12804. The B.P.O.E. Lodge No. 81 will conduct a Lodge of Sorrow at 1:45 p.m.


A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home, with Deacon Bill Bazinet officiating.


A private graveside service will take place at the convenience of the family at Pine View Cemetery.


The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to the nurses at Glens Falls Hospital ICU and his good friend’s at O’Toole’s.
