So sorry to hear about Patrick's passing. A great man indeed !!! Deep condolences to all his friends and family members.

Just found out today I am in shock. Wow!!! He made the best seafood chowder around. Loved the Irish parties. Rest in peace my brother.

Pat used to stop in for long chats and a glass of wine at our house on 2nd St before the '72 flood. A friend, and a caring man of great integrity Rest In Peace

I had the pleasure of working with Pat when he was on Harrisburg City Council. He always had a great story to tell and was a genuinely good person. May his family find peace in knowing that he is sitting in the lap of the Lord. Rest in Peace, Pat and thank you for everything you have done for the people of Harrisburg.

Peace be with the Gallagher Family, and never loose the Hope that you will be reunited again. May Patrick Rest in Peace and Rise in the Glory.

My son is now in his thirties and still speaks highly of his beloved teacher. Mr. Gallagher was one of best teachers the school district ever had. He certainly...

I am sorry to have learned of the passing of a wonderful and cherished friend, Pat Gallagher. The picture of Pat really captures the essence of who Pat was. He was always on the giving side of life, willing to do anything to help a friend in need. He was special in the way he represented ALL the people in his capacity as a member of Harrisburg City Council. An incredible man with a huge heart, and was willing to give it all to lessen another´s burden. I will truly miss him. Rest In Peace...
