I love and miss you so much Pat.Nothing will ever be the same.

what happend i am just now finding this out it is a shocker

rest in peace

If there is pain, it is the sting that lives within us here who remain. We have to grapple with the loss. We have to face the sorrow of the wonderful life that has left us… But you don't have to face it alone. You have each other— a wonderful gift.

Say not in grief that Patrick is no more
but say in thankfulness that he was.
His death is not the extinguishing of a light,
but the putting out of the lamp
because the dawn has come. He will be greatly missed.

As Patrick would have said:

Do not stand at my grave and forever weep.
I am not there; I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn's rain.

When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.

Do not stand at my grave and forever cry.
I am not there. I did...

Rest in peace.
