Dr. Grady was a great man. I was grateful every time I got to work with him. He had a drive to do the right thing for his patients, a brilliant mind, and a kindness that uplifted not only the patients but all those working around him. Thank you, Dr. Grady, for all your teaching, your joy, your tenacity. Rest easy. Keeping your family close in my thoughts.

Some people have an air of authentic joy with life; Patrick was one of those people. May the Lord bless him and keep him.

Dr Grady, what a wonderful soul. You were the big brother of my good high school friend Erin and she adored you so. Then I worked with you later in life, at Avon hospital, when it first opened and during the Covid pandemic. You were the best doctor to work with bc of how compassionate and down to earth you were. You felt more like a friend or teammate than a higher up. I was always happy to walk on the unit and see you there. Rest in peace. I am keeping your family in my thoughts.

It was an honor to know and work with Dr Grady. He treated everyone with kindness and respect, no matter your job title. I will miss his cheerful voice and awesome sense of humor. My condolences to his family. You will be in my prayers.

I am truly, truly sorry. Please accept my most sincere condolences. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Dr Grady was an amazing colleague. He was patient, down to earth and thorough with the care of his patients. He would listen to the nurses concerns and advocate along with us for their best possible outcomes. Rest in peace Dr Grady, and may his family find peace in knowing what an impact he made on countless lives truly making the world a better place-Abby RN
