Not sure what to say?

Dear Chris, Lauren and family,
I was so saddened to have recently learned of your loss. While i did not know Patrick personally, I can only imagine such a tragedy. You are in my prayers and thoughts and i wish you my deepest condolences.
Sincerely,
Bob

We are at a loss for any words to describe the depth of our condolences. Our hearts ache for all of you. We pray that God will help heal your indescribable pain and find peace at some point. Miss you and thinking of you Chris.Love,Cherie and Mac McElroyBoise, Idaho

I am praying for you and your family Chris and cannot imagine the pain you all must be going through. I am sorry for the sudden loss.

Chris - Just heard about Patrick from Duffy. I can't imagine the pain you and yours must be going through. I'll never forget how you, in particulàr, helped me get through the night we lost Kirby. You and your family will be in my thoughts in that same spirit of support and strength, despite all the years that have passed. - EJ

Chris - I was so sorry to learn of your son's sudden passing. While I did not know your son, you have been a long time colleague and friend and I wanted to express to you my heartfelt sympathy and that of my wife, Jan. You and your family and Patrick are in our thoughts and prayers.

It's hard to believe that Patrick is gone. He worked really hard to fight his addiction and I am sad to hear that he lost the battle. My deep condolences to his family and friends.

My condolences to the family,

I have fond memories of rooming with your son at Academy of Swift River. We have lost touch over the years and I myself struggled with the disease of addiction. I was lucky to get sober 7 years ago and have been advocating for Recovery recently with efforts aimed at college students. Patrick reached out to me last year but didn't specifically confide in any issues; just that he liked what I was doing. I applaud your transparency in this obituary. Too often...

Dear Molly, Chris and Family - I am so very sorry to learn about Patrick. He was a very special and sensitive young man who I'm so glad I got to know. My deepest condolences on the loss of Patrick. May he rest in God's arms.

Molly, Chris, Lauren, Meagan, Matthew, Ryan - I can't tell you how heartbroken I am for you all. I didn't know Patrick as a teenager or adult, but I remember fondly the adorable little boy who used to come see his Dad at work from time to time. Warm memories of a precious child. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers. Much love.
