Not sure what to say?

I'm thinking about you Patrick. You will forever be the absolute best friend anyone could ever ask for. I will Never forget you and you are still very important to me. I love you .

Today is the one year anniversary of Sweet Patrick's departure from earth. We love you so much Sweet Angel.

I knew Patrick from band in high school. School can be a rough experience at times, but he was a guy who was good at listening and giving advice during some of those difficult moments. I really loved reading his posts on Facebook about his son and about things he did (like helping complete strangers). It is hard to believe he is gone, and he will be greatly missed.

I went to Montreat with him. I didn't know him very well. I feel sad that I didn't talk to him more during our time there. My thoughts are with his family and especially his young son.

I was shocked when I heard that Patrick died. He was a good man and friendly to everyone. Hard to believe that we lost a good friend and classmate. They should try to have a scholarship in his honor and memory.

Kirk and Jenny, Beth and Sarah - we were so very saddened to hear of Patrick's death and our hearts have been with you all day. We still talk of the wonderful times we had in Ocean Springs, especially playing in the pool. Patrick was such a sweet, thoughtful and warm-hearted guy and we loved him, as we do you. We hope many happy memories will bring you comfort today and in the days to come. We know he is at rest in God's loving presence.

I just learned of Patrick's death this morning. I had to do some research to find a picture of him. I didn't know him well; but Montreat is small enough that everyone knows everyone at least a little bit. His journey is done. He's finally home!

We really didn't know Mr.Patrick Halstead, but with his parents being Mrs.Genny and Mr.Kirk he had to be a awesome person also.. I have read so many nice posting of him.. The family and friends are in our thoughts and prayers during this time...

Patrick was a good man. He had a smile on his face, and would say hi. I am glad that I got to meet him while I was at Montreat. I am praying for you during this time of sorrow.
