Not sure what to say?

I went to Evergreen with Patrick. We remained close friends when we both ventured up to Seattle. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. He was a close, beloved friend. Deep, deep sympathy, Mardona Anderson in Olympia Washington

Patrick orchestrated my and Cary Griffiths' wedding at Memorial House and was thereafter a generous supporter of Cary's art. Witty, welcoming, and wonderfully urbane, Patrick was a good friend to all who knew him. Hearts out to you, Luis, for your loss. All of our loss, as well. Katharine English

Luis,
I hope you are doing ok. I never knew Patrick personally but I could tell how much you loved him by the way you talked about him and the fun you had on your vacations together. Sending love and comfort to you and the family. Love you.

Patrick was awesome; one of the all around best persons I have ever met. We worked together at the Utah Heritage Foundation decades ago and always seemed to go to Smiths at the same time. My prayers are with the Hoagland family and Luis.
We will all miss him terribly.

Couldn't agree more with Tony - a great guy who left too soon and will be missed. Thinking of you all.

If everyone had an uncle Patrick like ours, this world would be a more peaceful place, the animals would all be healthy, art would be everywhere, and all doors would be open. I will always love my Uncle Patrick.

Patrick, you were a kind and loving man. I will miss you !

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
