Patrick was born on May 23, 2003 and passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019. Patrick was a resident of New Hampshire at the time of passing. Services will be held on Tuesday, May 21st in Gorham, NH at Riverside Assembly of God, at 7:00 pm, and on Friday May 24th in Portsmouth NH at New Frontiers Church, 1 Gosling Road, at 6:00 pm. The family is requesting that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to either Boston Children's Hospital or the New England Organ Donor Foundation.

I have no words only love for Patrick, his family, and friends. I will miss seeing you trying to walk your dog. Walking home with my daughter, and just being the bright light that you are. Shine on Patrick. My heart breaks for your family and friends .With Love The Gajewski family.

May God be with you today and always. Please know that Patrick is in Heaven and is watching over you. He looks so happy, handsome and loved, you've given him the best of you. Keep the precious memories close, as it will help you, especially at this hard time. Maybe you could write about him, all the good times, add photos, etc. I think at some point it would help you to heal, but right now I know you've got your plate full. You all will be in my thoughts and prayers.
