In my prayers! Pat and his family.

Although everyone who was lost from the bridge collapse is equally important, it is Patrick who touches my heart and makes me cry.

What a great smile, and an open, honest expression. I can just tell by looking at his picture what a fine man he was.

May his family find some measure of peace. His loss has to be incredibly difficult.

Holmes Family, It's been almost one year since Pat has left tradically. I pray that the love of family and friends have comforted you thru. I know that Pat is smiling down and saying yes I am your very own special Angel and yes you are doing great. May God put his arms around you on the 1st anniversary and let you know that Pat is in good hands and waiting for you. God loves you best and I pray that you are much stronger person now.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Pat and I went to M of M together. We were classmates, friends, teammates and ridiculously competitive. I pray for your family and I grieve for your loss.

Friends and family of Pat Holmes are asked to attend an All Saints Mass 9:00am Thursday, November 1st in the Hill-Murray Fieldhouse.

Other Alumni who passed in 2007 will also be remembered, including our classmate, former track and cross country star, Lynn (Pearson) Hales, '80.

I knew Pat in college. We were teammates on the World Series team. I always felt that Pat was one of the nicest guys around. He worked hard and never complained. I feel for his family and close friends. He will truly be missed. I want his family to know if there is anything I can do for them, I'm here for them.

As a 36 year old mother of two, your tragedy has hit very close to home. Please know you are in our thoughts and hearts.
