Patrick-- ORD will not be the same without you. You made us laugh so hard we cried, and you made sure we didn't take anything too seriously. We were truly a team and I'm not sure this job can be done without you. We will miss your smiles and your stories.

Jay and I are so deeply sad for you. The Libbers were right when they characterized Patrick as a young, impish boy, full of life. I can't even imagine him without a smile on his face and a hint of mischieveness. And always a gentleman. Although I'll be at St. Mary's Saturday, I'll be in NYC tomorrow lighting a candle for him at St. Patrick's Cathedral.

My prayers and thoughts are with your family and friends. You were such a nice, funny, outgoing person and I am grateful to have known you. Even though we weren't close or didn't hang out anymore, it was nice being able to see you and talk with you on our commutes to and from work. The bus seems empty without you. You will be missed. Rest in peace Pat.

Words cannot express our sorrow at Patrick's untimely passing. We are remembering him as a young impish boy, full of life. He was always one of our favorites. David is absolutely bereft at Patrick's death. This is something that parents should not have to go through, the loss of a healthy child. We are thinking about all of you at this sad time. If we can help you in any way, please do not hesitate to ask.
Fondly,
Sam, Sherie, Karen, and David Libber

Pat, Longing For One More DayWhen we lose someone we love it seems that time stands still. What moves through us is a silence... a quiet sadness... A longing for one more day... one more word... one more touch... We may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget. We will see you again some day, in a heavenly place where there is no parting. A place where there are no words that mean good-bye.
Irish prayer
Loving memories, rest in peace Pat.
