Not sure what to say?

To me, he was a great man and my Godfather. He encouraged me throughout my life, giving sage-like advice any time I had a problem. He holds the record for being the Armstrong family's closest friend and favorite person, for the longest duration. He watched my siblings and myself grow up. He was at every Armstrong family birthday party, leading the room through Happy Birthday with his magnificent voice. He was indeed "the life" of any and every party. When I had children of my own, he was at...

Uncle Pat as I knew him was a genuinely funny, kind, and generous man. I will remember his laughter, his jokes, and his smile fondly. May his memory be a blessing to his loved ones..

"Uncle" Pat was my Godfather and a close friend of my dad Louis Benz. I will always remember his penchant for singing, an activity he enjoyed in my father's company dating all the way back to their time as teenagers. He never missed a Birthday or Christmas. I am saddened to learn of his passing. He and those who are grieving his loss are in my thoughts and prayers.

We just wanted to send our condolences to the family and close friends of Pat Kelly since we are living down in Florida and win´t be able to make the services. We will be there in spirit. We met Pat almost 40 years ago when we joined the choir and became fast friends. We share many fond and happy memories with Pat. One of Pat´s many gifts was how when you were with him, he made you feel like you were the only one in the room and that was very special because he had so many people who loved...

GENUINE is the word that best describes Pat. He was a great friend to all of our sisters and a loyal supporter in everything we did. He was a frequent visitor to the Villa when his sister was alive and made sure he saw everyone he knew and met everyone he did not know. His presence among us was heartwarming--so very kind and friendly. We miss him but will never forget him. I am sure he was greeted by many many friends when he entered heaven. Our sincerest sympathy and prayers go out to...

So sorry for the loss of Pat. He was a wonderful man. I know my sister, Margaret Alivero will welcome him to heaven, as well as many others. Mary Leskoske Sherman

Pat, thank you for being who you are! Caring loving and so nice. I loved you singing at my wedding! It was the best honor. RIP cuz See you on the other side.

To the family of Pat, A true gentleman and fun person - who loved to sing, where I had the pleasure of accompanying him a few times as he gave his service to God at Assumption Church. Our deepest sympathy to the family and the Assumption community which he was such a part of. May you all treasure the times he spent with you and may he be welcomed to the heavenly kingdom. I worked with Sister David Marie at St. Matthews parish---and an additional benefit was meeting Patrick. Great, accurate and descriptive obituary. The world lost a good guy. Condolences, Denny Hayes
