I only found out about Pat's passing yesterday. I was stunned and saddened. He was helping me resolve a problem with a new bike and I was so grateful for his willingness to jump right in and aggressively research the issue. I saw and spoke to him by phone on Thursday afternoon, never imagining it would be our last conversation. Condolences and prayers to his family.
