Not sure what to say?

To have known Patrick is to have experienced magic, as I and his other childhood friends were lucky enough to know. My heartfelt love and condolences go out to his family now and forever.

Renee and I offer our deepest condolences to all of Patrick's family, and most especially to Rita and the children. Patrick was always true to himself, wildly eccentric, and an original. Although it had been quite a while since we'd seen Pat, we both have fond memories, especially of Patrick huffing as he ran after work with us. His passing has left a huge hole in our hearts.

Rita -

Joanne and I share so very many fond memories of Patrick's presence at the Winkie Meetings. He was a wonderful man.

Sean and I were so sad to hear about the loss that your family is experiencing. Our hearts go out to you.

Your dad was full of fun and had a mischevious twinkle in his eye and a sense of wonder...he seemed to be a big kid when he was with all of you.

We know that faith will help get you through this hard time.

With deepest sympathy,
Maureen and Sean

He will be sorely and deeply missed.

Stunned and deeply saddened by the news. Patrick and I were friends in the early 80's: working for Richard, KUSF, and TV at Warrior games. Pat was brilliant and creative with an off-the-wall sense of humor. My most heartfelt condolences to the family. -Rob

On behalf of Lynne, Ryan and Hailey, please accept our deepest condolences. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. Yours in friendship, Denis Kenny (Walnut Creek, CA)

Rita, Veronica, Katherine and Chris: Our hearts go out to you all at this most difficult time. Know that others are praying for Patrick and his wonderful family. We were recalling a great moment at the Comet's Quarters booth at the St. Brendan festival a few years ago when the last toss at Sunday's closing resulted in a "house" win. Patrick saw the disappointment on peoples' faces and let it ride: he called for one more "toss". It hit gold! Everyone cheered and left happy. Patrick was...
