Sincere condolences on our loss of Pat. We were high school classmates and football team mates. My prayers and thoughts are with all of Pat's family.

Please accept my sincere condolences on losing Pat. We're in the same class and on the football team together. Pat was an offensive guard for us. He was slightly undersized but tough as week old jerky. He will be missed by all of us. Mike Keller

Dear Kelly, Sean, Shannon and grandchildren, and all of Pat´s siblings, I am so sorry for this great loss of Pat´s physical presence in your life. I went to St Francis & CC with Pat. He was always such a kind and sweet person. His warm smile was always so welcoming. He was as proud of his Irish heritage, as I was mine. RIP beautiful soul. Comforting and funny memories of you, will remain with many!

My thoughts and prayers are with the McCormack Family. Pat´s friendship, laughter and "Smiling Irish Eyes" will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
