Not sure what to say?

Frank and the Miley family - sending thoughts of peace and healing as you mourn your loss.

Too many stories, so many laughs.. Pat was helpful to a couple of my nephews when they needed someone who wouldn´t judge them but just listened and related and for that and a lot more I´m forever grateful.. miss you already pat. Kate Scanlan

Pat is surely missed. He was a likable and very popular kid at St. Luke´s grade school; a role model even! I remember he showed up wearing white Levi jeans one day. Nobody else had them. Then the following week about three other kids, me included, came to school in our white Levi´s to get that Kool Miley look. Each time our paths crossed since then was always a welcome event! Condolences to family and friends.

Pat and I were classmates at St. Luke's. He was very well liked and perhaps one of the most popular kids and role model. Example: One day Pat came to school wearing white Levis. Nobody else had them until the following week when me and a couple other kids had gone out and bought a pair to have the Miley look. Pat you were always Kool. You had a friendly smile and warm, welcoming words whenever our paths crossed later in life. I'll miss that. Condolences to the family and friends. SJP

A memorable event from the Gophers team (picture posted by Tim Hurley) that I will never forget: Duke Miley and Smokey Drake followed Pat and me to practice. They decided to claim their territory with a 10 minute battle on the infield disrupting practice. Jim Pohl (the world´s greatest little league coach) made Miley and me do a lap around Linwood playground. R I P Pat

I met Pat in kindergarten at St. Luke´s. We remained friends. I moved from St. Paul after college only visiting throughout the years. There were several times I would run into Pat and he would fill me in on the latest news. They were always fun talks. Without a doubt Pat was an unforgettable guy.

Neighborhood memories on Ashland. Sending our sympathies to all of you. Francis and Catherine Jacobs, parents, children, Bill, Dan, Mary Ann, Phil, Judy, Catherine, Paul and Steve. We lived next door.

I loved Pat. He had a wild imagination and a sense of humor that always left me wishing for more. John O'Brien

Pat was a life long friend, teammate, St. Luke´s classmate, neighbor, and St. Paul Royalty. Truly Classic kind thoughtful man. I will miss bumping into you from time to time. Hasta pronto mi amigo.
